Meet The Team
Denise Fretz
General Manager
Denise joined the team in 2016 and brought extensive background from real estate and mortgage banking career that spanned over 20 years. Her expertise is specialized in financial management and marketing, which are aligned for the expansion of our Patriot Green and Green Earthology companies.
Over her career, Denise developed skills pertaining to the analysis of property appraisals, permitting, and title insurance. She managed teams to develop specifications pertinent to investor requirements. Denise built a solid foundation as an Underwriter, which excelled into management positions. Her skills progressed into marketing, and she is passionate about results-driven methods. ​

Denise has also developed a diverse background that is a welcome value to the future development of Patriot Green Products and Green Earthology Group, as well as our Sustainable Communities programs.
Denise enjoys working with cities, counties, communities, and non-profits.
Her roots in health and wellness management provide a holistic approach to sustainability and the importance of organic farming and waste management.
She enjoys organic gardening, cooking, and restoring homes.​

Pat Miletich
The Soil Savior
Patrick Jay Miletich is a retired American mixed martial artist and former sports commentator. He is known for his fights in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, where he became the first UFC Welterweight Champion and UFC 16
Welterweight Tournament Winner.
Miletich is also known as a highly successful trainer and coach, having founded Miletich Fighting Systems. This camp is considered one of the most successful in MMA history and has produced several world champions. He is now a "soil savior" who provides many solutions to the world's "toughest" problems of human health, disease suppression and soil health.

Dr. Ingham has advanced our knowledge about the soil food web for over 4 decades. Widely recognized as the world’s foremost soil biologist, she’s passionate about empowering ordinary people to bring the soils in their community back to life.
Dr. Elaine’s™ Soil Food Web Approach has been used to successfully restore the ecological functions of soils on six continents. The courses offered by Dr. Elaine’s™ Soil Food Web School have been designed for people with no relevant experience – making them accessible to individuals who wish to retrain and to begin a meaningful and impactful career in an area that will help to secure the survival of humans and other species.

Managing Partner
Del Ray brings over thirty years of successful experience in the landscape, building materials and construction industries. He is retired as the Founder, Owner and Operator of Enchanted Rock & Landscape in Leander, Texas.

Dustin Yohner
Retired Marine Corp Veteran
Founder of Genesis Environmental, a 501(c3) nonprofit
Dustin is a true expert in business development and sustainability, with an impressive 30 years of experience. His unique perspective on developing closed loop and semi-closed loop communities is second to none.
As a Marine Corps Veteran and former Minister, he has the ability to work with leadership at all levels and get things done. As the Founder of Genesis Environmental and a firm supporter of Veteran Green Projects, he is confident in his vision that all humanity should view the planet as we would a garden or farm. And with his upbringing in a small town ranching community in Southern California, he knows firsthand the importance of managing resources and sustainable living.
Dustin is a force to be reckoned with!

As someone who faced disabilities for many years due to toxic water and soil contamination on my family farm, I found my health and vitality through nutrient-rich, organic food. This journey ignited my passion for protecting both people and animals, leading me explore methods and science for creating a balanced environment, just as our ancestors did as caretakers of the land.
We are all born with a purpose, and it's essential to continually seek it out. One day, when you least expect it, your purpose will become clear. While we may stumble along the way, it's important to rise, dust ourselves off, and embrace each day.
At Patriot Green, we aim to provide opportunities and purpose for those with disabilities and for our Veterans who have served and sacrificed for our freedom.
We see ourselves as part of the new Green stripe Movement, driven by our love for freedom and the earth, offering products designed to promote healing.
