Founder & CEO
Kevin Fretz
As a man who struggled with disabilities for many years as a result of toxic water and soil poisoning on his family farm, Kevin regained his health and vitality with nutritionally dense, organic food. As a result, his passion to protect people and animals emerged in a pursuit to learn methods and science to create a balanced environment. This is the way our forefathers were good stewards to the land.

Dr. Elaine Ingham
Dr. Ingham has advanced our knowledge about the soil food web for over 4 decades. Widely recognized as the world’s foremost soil biologist, she’s passionate about empowering ordinary people to bring the soils in their community back to life.
Dr. Elaine’s™ Soil Food Web Approach has been used to successfully restore the ecological functions of soils on six continents. The courses offered by Dr. Elaine’s™ Soil Food Web School have been designed for people with no relevant experience – making them accessible to individuals who wish to retrain and to begin a meaningful and impactful career in an area that will help to secure the survival of humans and other species.

Del Ray Sudderth
Del Ray brings over thirty years of successful experience in the landscape, building materials and construction industries. He is the Founder, Owner and Operator of Enchanted Rock & Landscape in Leander, Texas. He is also a Partner in Sudderth Brothers Construction Company, as well as Patriot Green Products, LLC.

Pat Miletich
Patrick Jay Miletich is a retired American mixed martial artist and former sports commentator. He is known for his fights in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, where he became the first UFC Welterweight Champion and UFC 16
Welterweight Tournament Winner.
Pat is also known as a highly successful trainer and coach, having founded Miletich Fighting Systems. This camp is considered one of the most successful in MMA history and has produced several world champions. He is now a "soil savior" who provides many solutions to the world's "toughest" problems.

Denise Fretz
Denise has developed a diverse background in real estate and mortgage banking that is a welcome value to the future development of Patriot Green Products and Green Earthology Group, as well as our Sustainable Communities programs. She has worked closely with cities, counties, communities, and non-profits.
Her Canadian roots have provided a holistic approach to sustainability and the importance of organic farming and waste management.
She enjoys organic gardening, cooking, and restoring homes.

Dustin Yohner
Dustin is a true expert in business development and sustainability, with an impressive 30 years of experience. His unique perspective on developing closed loop and semi-closed loop communities is second to none.
As a Marine Corps Veteran and former Minister, he has the ability to work with leadership at all levels and get things done. As the Founder of Genesis Environmental and a firm supporter of Veteran Green Projects, he is confident in his vision that all humanity should view the planet as we would a garden or farm. And with his upbringing in a small town ranching community in Southern California, he knows firsthand the importance of managing resources and sustainable living.

Dan Turbyfill
Dan Turbyfill is an educator, operations leader, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in agriculture, cannabis, hemp, business development, and event production. He serves as Secretary and Farm Operations Director for the Hemp Industry Trade Association of Arizona and is a Faculty Associate and Lecturer at Arizona State University.
As a founding partner of Green Chief Brand LLC, Dan leads farm operations, compliance, tribal partnerships, and regenerative agriculture initiatives focused on creating long-term economic opportunities through education and enterprise. He has guided cannabis businesses in California and Nevada through licensing, compliance, and operational readiness in highly regulated markets.
