Meet The Team
Denise Fretz, Partner
Denise’s extensive background in real estate and mortgage banking spanned over 20 years. Her expertise is specialized in financial management and marketing, which are aligned for the expansion of our Patriot Green and Green Earthology companies.
Over her career, Denise developed skills pertaining to the analysis and marketing in both real estate and mortgage, property appraisals, permitting, and title insurance. She managed teams to develop specifications pertinent to investor requirements. Denise built a solid foundation as an Underwriter at a young age, which excelled into wholesale and retail lending and management. As a Broker, she was responsible for closing hundreds of home loans. Her expertise progressed into marketing and she is passionate about results-driven methods.
Denise has also developed a diverse background that is a welcome value to the future development of Patriot Green Products and Green Earthology Group, as well as our Sustainable Communities programs.
Denise enjoys working with cities, counties, communities, and non-profits.
Her roots in Canada have provided a holistic approach to sustainability and the importance of organic farming and waste management.
She enjoys organic gardening, cooking, and restoring homes.
Denise is truly an asset to our Patriot Green and Green Earthology companies!
Pat Miletich
Patrick Jay Miletich is a retired American mixed martial artist and former sports commentator. He is known for his fights in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, where he became the first UFC Welterweight Champion and UFC 16
Welterweight Tournament Winner.
Miletich is also known as a highly successful trainer and coach, having founded Miletich Fighting Systems. This camp is considered one of the most successful in MMA history and has produced several world champions. He is now a "soil savior" who provides many solutions to the world's "toughest" problems.
Dr. Elaine Ingham
Dr. Ingham has advanced our knowledge about the soil food web for over 4 decades. Widely recognized as the world’s foremost soil biologist, she’s passionate about empowering ordinary people to bring the soils in their community back to life.
Dr. Elaine’s™ Soil Food Web Approach has been used to successfully restore the ecological functions of soils on six continents. The courses offered by Dr. Elaine’s™ Soil Food Web School have been designed for people with no relevant experience – making them accessible to individuals who wish to retrain and to begin a meaningful and impactful career in an area that will help to secure the survival of humans and other species.

Del Ray brings over thirty years of successful experience in the landscape, building materials and construction industries. He is the Founder, Owner and Operator of Enchanted Rock & Landscape in Leander, Texas. He is also a Partner in Sudderth Brothers Construction Company, as well as Patriot Green Products, LLC.

After over 40 years of architectural, construction, design, and development involvement, we are turning our attention toward an integrative, interdisciplinary approach to architectural principle and services that honors beauty both in form and function. Dustin Yohner
Dustin is a true expert in business development and sustainability, with an impressive 30 years of experience. His unique perspective on developing closed loop and semi-closed loop communities is second to none.
As a Marine Corps Veteran and former Minister, he has the ability to work with leadership at all levels and get things done. As the Founder of Genesis Environmental and a firm supporter of Veteran Green Projects, he is confident in his vision that all humanity should view the planet as we would a garden or farm. And with his upbringing in a small town ranching community in Southern California, he knows firsthand the importance of managing resources and sustainable living.
Dustin is a force to be reckoned with!

As a man who struggled with disabilities for many years as a result of toxic water and soil poisoning on my family farm, I regained my health and vitality with nutritionally dense, organic food. As a result, my passion to protect people and animals emerged in a pursuit to learn methods and science to create a balanced environment. This is the way our forefathers were good stewards to the land.
We all are born with purpose, but we must never stop seeking to find that purpose. One day when you least expect it, your purpose will be revealed to you. The truth is, we all stumble and fall along the way, but you must get back up, brush yourself off, and live to embrace each and every day.
Our Patriot Green family wants to provide opportunity and purpose to those who struggle with disabilities and also to those who have served and sacrificed for our Liberty, our Veterans.
